Kidding aside, plenty of athletes become motivational speakers to business people everywhere. Coaches retire and write books on leadership that can be found in the business management section of the bookstore. In a similar vein, athletes can learn a lot from business experts -- especially when it comes to competition. Case it point, this week's quote:
"If you're not making mistakes, you're not taking risks, and that means you're not going anywhere. The key is to make mistakes faster than the competition, so you have more chances to learn and win.” -- John W. Holt Jr., coauthor of Celebrate Your Mistakes
So go out there this week and make some mistakes.
