Quote of the Week: Countdown to the Olympics
As we're just days away from the start of the 2008 Olympics and I begin a series of posts that explore the mental aspects of the Games, I thought a quote from the founder of the modern Olympic Games is only appropriate.
The most important thing in the Olympic Games is not winning but taking part; the essential thing in life is not conquering but fighting well. -- Pierre de Coubertin
Hope this motivates you to train hard this week. Make it a great one!
By the way, check out the SportsMinded Survey (scroll down the right side column) and cast your vote for your favorite Summer Olympics sport).
