Quote of the Week: Get a Map

Woke up this morning and found myself thinking about how much people underestimate their abilities when they set goals. Which lead me to this quote....

You’ve got to be very careful if you don’t know where you’re going, because you might not get there.
--Yogi Berra

So if you haven't figured out what you want to do this season, it's not too late to set some goals. Pick something you want to accomplish by the end of the summer -- running a marathon, finishing a triathlon, entering a tennis tournament, learning to surf, completing a century bike ride. You name it. Just pick something.

If you have already set goals, maybe now is a good time to revisit them. Are you pushing yourself to be all that you can be? Or are you just settling?

We all need to take some time to figure out where we're going. Otherwise we'll just be lost.

Make it a great week!

--One more thing: If you haven't posted a question for me to answer yet, check out this post and leave me something. I really want to get the Q & A "column" of the blog going and I can't do it without your help!
